A few days ago, I met a man who shared his drawings with me, and they were quite impressive. He told me that he developed this skill during the Covid lockdowns. He felt fortunate to have discovered this new talent and began to adopt a more positive outlook on life, embracing its changes. He became more spiritual.
I had almost forgotten about the Covid period until I realized that, during those same years, I was experiencing my own spiritual awakening, enduring months of inner turmoil. Then a thought struck me: why does humanity often undergo transformation during challenging times, particularly when people are on the brink of despair? What drives us to learn so much at the last possible moment? Is it the survival instinct compelling us to improve or change?
Yet, what does “better” truly mean? The survival instinct might sometimes lead us to become even more self-centred, fighting solely for our own rights and overlooking the humanity of those around us. In other instances, some individuals discover inner strengths that enable them to become more compassionate, tolerant, and peace-oriented. The same destructive event can turn us into either angels or demons. Isn’t it paradoxical that a soul can react so differently in the same situation? Yet the catalyst for action remains rooted in the feeling of hope.
For those familiar with my discussions with the Lord of Records, I once asked him about the nature of hope in humans and what this feeling signifies in the astral realm. He clarified that without hope, humanity cannot endure. This sentiment is fundamental to the survival instinct, prompting individuals to take action when faced with threats. He explained that hope is a trait associated with higher density levels, and as one raises their vibration or as the density level decreases, the sensation of hope gradually fades. A being of light does not require hope because their awareness acknowledges that the reality they inhabit is merely a holographic construct they created for learning and growth.
Still, I continued to wonder why souls respond so differently to similar circumstances. The answer lies in the varying levels of understanding among souls. Some grasp their role in the universe, recognize that they are part of a greater whole, connected to a Source, and understand that the knowledge and power necessary for their journey lie within their own remembrance.
