I have received various questions from readers about what astral projection means to me, how I manage to do it, and especially how it feels. In this article, I will try to summarize this experience in a few words.
For me, astral projection is connected to the Akashic space, as I generally initiate my astral journeys into the cosmos from there. These are also my favourite experiences.
The steps I follow are as follows:
- Relaxation and connection: The first step is to relax deeply, letting go of daily thoughts and clearing my mind. I then use my concentration to visually connect with the Akashic space to find and access my Book. For me, it is essential to to achieve as much clarity as possible in the image I perceive—this visualization of the Akasha is how I establish my connection to that space.
- Setting my intention: Once I perceive myself in front of my Book, the second step is to direct my intention toward it, specifying what I want to do. The intention I formulate needs to be clear and as specific as possible. In this case, I focus on projecting myself astrally into the cosmic space, intending to explore the astral areas that are safe for me as an energetic entity.
- Astral projection: The third step is the astral projection itself. Most of the time, I feel like I am speeding through a tunnel during which my humanoid energetic form loses its shape, transforming into a globe of pure energy that is expelled into the cosmos.
- Exploration: The fourth step involves the launch of the energetic globe that I represent into space and the exploration of the surroundings.
There are no limitations when in the form of an energetic globe in astral projection. The sensation I have experienced in this state is one of complete freedom, ecstasy, and boundless joy. There is a profound happiness that comes from being unbound by any physical form, such as the body. In this state, I can travel effortlessly and approach other astral forms, including other energetic globes journeying through space as I do.
Something I found fascinating is that you feel conscious of being connected to other forms of energetic manifestation around you, such as globes, planets, or galaxies. It is as if your own consciousness is shared with other forms of energy with which you are connected by invisible cords, and you do not exist alone as an individual.
Unfortunately, I have not been able to maintain this state for a long period, specifically more than 20 minutes. I have sensed an unwritten rule that if you remain in this energetic form for too long, you might lose the connection with the body you left behind. Consequently, I have felt this urgency to return. Thus, after a period, I am drawn back through the same tunnel and return to the Akasha.
The experience itself cannot be compared to anything known to us.
